This service is for second Generation packs (Black Diamond Jetforce Pro & PIEPS Jetforce BT) that are beyond their warranty period. Second Generation Packs include: Black Diamond Jetforce Pro 10L. 25L. 35L. Split 25L and the Pieps Jetforce BT 10L. 25L. 35L.

This service provides any needed firmware updates as well as a battery health check and replacement. If you have a second generation Jetforce that is experiencing shortened battery life. charging difficulties. or showing error lights not listed in the manual. a firmware and battery update are likely needed. After purchasing the service. you will receive a Return Authorization number (RA) via email. Please note that you will need to be issued an RA number BEFORE shipping your pack in for service. Please expect 3-4 weeks for the service.
